• Aspire to be a nation with international respect and dignity.

B. Leadership Development (Knowledgeable and Visionary Leadership)

Ileyska Soomaalida Fayow is committed to educating society to identify and select capable and suitable leaders.

• A corrupt leader cannot guide a nation.
• Leadership is a serious responsibility that requires knowledge, skill, and integrity.
• Quality leadership can achieve genuine freedom for the people.

The ideal leader must be:

• Wise and decisive.
• Guided by informed counsel.
• Attentive to the voice and needs of the people.

Youth Leadership Empowerment:

• Develop programs to train youth for future leadership roles.
• Encourage emerging leaders through leadership development initiatives.

Training and Community Support:

C. Somali Nationalism (True Unity and Independence)

By focusing on national values and leadership development, achieving Somali nationalism becomes attainable.

• Nation-building requires social unity.
• Somalia must establish a transparent government that respects its citizens' dignity.
• The community must collaborate, resist foreign interference, and protect national interests.
• Focus on advancing education, economic growth, and the justice system.

A. Corrupt Tribalism

• We firmly reject a society confined in the "tribal room" that fails to distinguish between good and bad.
• Tribalism is a social disease that destroys unity and progress.
• Raising awareness among younger generations is essential to prevent its continuation.

B. Political Warlords

• The nation must not fall victim to manipulative politicians who exploit society for personal gain.
• An unethical politician is an enemy of the people.
• National leadership should be determined by competence and knowledge, not tribalism or personal interests.
• Those responsible for past destruction should not return to leadership.

• Dividing the community only benefits enemies of the Somali people.
• A fragmented society leads to endless struggles.
